We are sorry to hear that you feel that way. When deciding what would be important to most customers, Price or Look, we genuinely feel that customers would like to pay less. The front on look of our Canvases are just like any other company. We could charge more for backing tape, wood corner wedges, lamination and hanging kits but feedback has proved that customers on the whole, would rather save a bit more money. Due to this fact, we feel that our prices are very competitive in relation to other websites. Please also remember that our Canvases are unique ‘Custom Made’ to every individual order in the UK and not mass produced imports.
If this is the case then please contact us before placing your order. At times we do get very busy but we will try and accommodate you where possible. There is also the option of paying extra for next day delivery should you wish.
Yes we can. Please contact us with all the details. For example, size, colour, font and location on the canvas and we can do that for you FREE of charge!
That depends on the depth of the frame that you have chosen chosen: On the 1.8cm deep Classic Wrap you will lose around 3 inches per panel. On the 3.8cm deep Premium Wrap you will lose around 4 inches per panel.
While we at times work with files of all sizes, typically a file size of 2 MB or greater is enough for us to work with.
Yes you can. We advise using a soft clean duster. If there is a more stubborn mark then you could use a slightly damp clean cloth.
To hang one of our canvas prints you will need to fit a hanging kit. These are inexpensive and readily available. With our 3 and 5 panel canvas prints you will need to do a bit of measuring and marking up to ensure the image is straight and has equal gaps between the panels. A spirit level, measuring tape and pencil is highly recommended to complete the job correctly.
We wouldn’t advise it. The canvas artwork is a natural product and it will shrink and swell when there are significant changes in temperature or humidity. It also shouldn’t be hung directly over radiators and other heat sources. That been said, if you are intending to change the piece at some point in the future as people often do with canvas prints then it would be okay.
We really would advise against it. Canvases should never be hung in direct sunlight for a long period of time. The canvas material is certainly not 100% waterproof either.
No we don’t. You can have any of the images you see on our website printed on to 240gsm Matt paper or 300gsm Platinum Baryta Gloss paper. We also sell framed prints. These can be purchased in Satin Black or solid Oak wood frames. If any of these methods interest you then please contact us and we will happily provide a quote.
Yes we do. There are so many combinations that there are literally too many to display on our website. So please contact us if you would like a canvas in a different size.
We try our very best to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition, but sometimes things do happen. Hold on to packaging, take pictures of damage and contact us as soon as possible with these details. We will then send out a replacement as fast as we can.
This really depends on what is wrong with the canvas. If there is a defect or problem with our work then please take pictures of the problem and contact us. We are committed to making you 100% happy with your purchase and we will send you a replacement asap.
Yes you can. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will be able to alter the address for you.
From the time that you pay for your canvas, it will take between 1 and 3 days depending on our printing companies workload. This is only how long it will take to make the canvas. Delivery on most canvas prints are via MyHermes. So add on between 2 and 4 working days to work out when you can expect the canvas to arrive. We will provide tracking details with each order once dispatched to keep you up to date.
