In a perfect world no canvas print should arrive damaged, however, accidents do happen. If this is the case then we will put this right and have the canvas reprinted straight away. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will only reprint the original image and specifications that were selected. We will not make any alterations to a reprinted Canvas.
We will not reprint an order that has been fulfilled to your specific requirements. It is up to you, the customer, to ensure the specifications selected are correct BEFORE completing the order. If you are in any doubt as to whether the colour or size will suit your needs, then it may be an idea not to buy a Canvas online. Canvas prints are custom “made to order” items and do not comply with general returns policy’s. We can only reprint a Canvas that has a manufacturing fault. We must be notified withing 7 days of receipt for you to be entitled to a reprint. Please take as many photos as possible that highlight the issue and forward them to email@example.com with an email explaining what is wrong with the Canvas – For confirmation on the latest rules with regards to custom made items please check out the gov.uk website.
Once again we recommend that images are selected very carefully as these are bespoke products. Unfortunately we do not provide reprints/refunds unless faulty. If we are printing your own image, it is the customers responsibility to provide a good quality image, free from camera shake. If you are unsure as to the quality of your image we are more than happy to check this for you.
Having said all this, it is very rare that we would encounter any issues during the ordering and delivery process. Please only go ahead with an order once you are completely happy with these conditions. These conditions are pretty standard across all online printing shops.
